What is the return policy? 

Rave Central takes pride in the quality of its products and implements stringent quality control checks. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Rave Central we will happily exchange it for you. Rave Central does not offer any refunds. For numerous health and hygienic reasons we do not offer exchanges on underwear or swimwear, unless the item is defective. If an item is defective we will happily replace it for you. All claims must be lodge within 14 days of receiving the product. Goods for exchange must be returned in as new condition without having been washed or worn. If you would like to proceed with an exchange or replacement please email us at [email protected] after which a customer representative will organise for the exchange or replacement to take place. Please be aware a postage charge may apply to an exchange or refund. 

What are the shipping options? 

Rave Central will endeavour to process your order within one – two business days ( Mon – Friday) from payment being processed. Our products are shipped once payment has been received, your order has been processed and the items have been made. Shipping and handling charges are dependent on where you live and the weight of the items, as well as what item you purchase. Please note some items may be shipped separately. Subject to payment, property and risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customers nominated address. Rave Central will not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage of goods that occur during delivery. The customer will be able to see the shipping costs at the checkout stage, before finalising payment for the order. The customer must ensure the correct delivery address is entered during the ordering process. The goods may be required to be signed for by you for delivery. If a signature is unable to be obtained at the time of delivery a card will be left behind informing the customer on how to collect the delivery. Parcels will be held by the delivery service for their maximum held time. Should the customer not respond to the card left behind and the delivery is returned to Rave Central as unclaimed, the customer will incur further delivery charges. Freight charges for the original delivery are not refundable. Rave Central will accept no responsibility or liability for the incorrect inputting of address details by customers whilst ordering. Rave Central will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery.  

  

When will I receive my order? 

Deliveries within Australia  
All parcels dispatched within Australia are sent via Australia Post using either Registered Post or Express Post depending on the postage option you select at checkout. Your signature and suitable identification may be required upon delivery.   
For Express Post deliveries please allow between 2 - 4 business days from receipt of payment depending on where you live.  
For Registered Post deliveries please allow between 5 - 10 business days from receipt of payment depending on where you live.  
Be aware that these are just an estimate though and factors such as Public Holidays and busy periods can affect delivery and that any delays in the postal service are out of our control. All delivery costs are calculated by weight. All deliveries can be tracked at -  www.auspost.com.au/track     

  
All deliveries outside of Australia (International)  
All parcels dispatched to addresses outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post using either Standard Airmail or Express Airmail depending on the postage option you select at checkout. Your signature and suitable identification may be required upon delivery.   
For Express Airmail please allow between 3 - 7 business days from receipt of payment depending on which Country you live in.  
For Standard Airmail please allow between 7 - 21 business days from receipt of payment depending on which Country you live in.

How is the product made?  

At Rave Central we use multiple different way’s to make our products.  

We currently use HTV ( Heat transfer Vinyl) for our Snapback’s, Hotpants and some Shirts. 

DTG (Direct To Garment Printing) for some Shirts and Hoodies.
